Mallory Hedden Tomczykowski
Chief Operating Officer/ Broker
A little bit about me...
A little chaos. A lot of compassion. Usually five steps ahead.
I’m Mallory—Broker, COO of The Perry Group, and the person people call when the problem doesn’t seem to have a solution.
Can’t find something? Call Mallory. Need someone to connect the dots, ask the extra questions, or dig until the situation finally makes sense? Also Mallory. I’m endlessly curious, extremely persistent, and probably already working backward from the outcome you want to figure out how we’re going to get there.
I’m also the person who will book a last-minute trip with almost no itinerary while noticing a tiny detail in your transaction that could become a big problem three weeks from now. Spontaneous in life. Intensely thorough at work. Somehow, both have always made sense to me.
Since 2012, I’ve personally helped roughly 700 people and counting. Through my roles at The Perry Group, where I’ve been since the beginning, I’ve been part of close to 3,500 transactions. That experience has taught me where to look, what to question, and when “it’s probably fine” needs a closer look.
My brain goes straight to project management: What happens next? What could get in the way? What can I take off your plate before you even know it’s there?
You can expect clear answers, direct advice, and consistent communication. I’m a firm believer that “no news” is still an update you deserve. You shouldn’t have to wonder what’s happening or chase me down to find out.
I also love a good opportunity to break something apart and rebuild it better. A process, a system, the way we’ve “always done it”—I’m going to ask questions. Even the smallest improvement can make life easier for everyone involved. And that belief goes beyond work: if we’re not constantly trying to become better humans, what’s the point of all this?
I take my responsibility to you seriously. Possibly annoyingly seriously. The details, your interests, the follow-through—all of it. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, asking every question, and trusting that I’m paying attention. Being real and relatable is part of how I work; so are honesty, professionalism, and doing what I said I would do.
Being named Keller Williams Elite Realty’s Cultural Ambassador in 2021 remains the recognition closest to my heart. Compassion belongs in the work, whether I’m helping a client through a big decision or helping someone on our team work through a hard day.
Outside of work, I’m a wife to Alan, a local small business owner himself, and mom to Finley and Brooks. You’ll usually find me on a sideline cheering for my favorite 12-year-old goalie or my favorite 10-year-old wide receiver. Rounding out our crew are Remi, our fluffy French bulldog, and Rosie, our Yorkie.
I’m a wellness junkie, golfer, and enthusiastic maker of last-minute travel plans. According to my kids, I’m also deeply uncool. I was raised in the ’90s. I prefer to think of it as retirement from being cool.
I work hard, play hard, and care a whole lot. My goal is for you to reach the finish line feeling supported, informed, and thinking, “I literally could not have done this without her.”
And hopefully, we’ve had a few good laughs along the way.
